ThawÄb al-AÊ¿mÄl wa Ê¿iqÄb al-AÊ¿mÄl - Rewards Chapter: Reward of reciting a couplet regarding Imam Husain (a.s.), crying, making others cry or making a crying face 1. My father (rah) said: it was narrated to us by Saâd b. Abdillah from Muhammad b. al-Hussain b. al-Khattab from Muhammad b. Ismail from Salih b. âUqba from Abi Harun al-Makfoof who said: âO Abu Haroon!
One who cries after reciting the poems of Imam Husain (a.s.) and makes ten people cry Allah would make everyone enter Paradise. One who cries after reciting the poem of Imam Husain (a.s.) and makes five people cry everyone would get Paradise. One who recites the poem of Imam Husain (a.s.) and makes a person cry Paradise would be made obligatory for both of them.
If a discussion of Husain (a.s.) is held in front of a person and a tear equal to the wing of a fly comes out of his eyes his reward is with the Almighty Allah and Allah wonât be satisfied without giving him Paradise.â
