Thawāb al-Aʿmāl wa ʿiqāb al-Aʿmāl - Rewards Chapter: Reward of reciting Surah Araaf بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِیٍّ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنْ أَبِی بَصِیرٍ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: ٠َنْ قَرَأَ سُورَهَ الْأَعْرَافِ فِی کُلِّ شَهْرٍ کَانَ یَوْ٠ِنَ الَّذِینَ لا خَوْفٌ عَلَیْهِ٠ْ یَحْزَنُونَ فَإِنْ قَرَأَهَا فِی کُلِّ جُ٠َّنْ لَا یُحَاسَبُ یَوْ٠اً فَلَا تَدَعُوا قِرَاءَتَهَا فَإِنَّهَا تَشْهَدُ یَوْ٠1.

From the previous chain from al-Hassan b. Ali from his father from Abi Basir from Abi Abdillah (a.s.) who said: “One who recites Surah Araaf once every month would be included among those for whom there is no fear or sorrow on the Day of Judgment. One who recites it every Friday would be included among those for whom there is no accounting on the Day of Judgment.

Know that one of the Muhkamat (clear verses) of the Holy Quran is present in this Surah and it will bear witness on the Day of Judgment for the reciter.”
