Thawāb al-Aʿmāl wa ʿiqāb al-Aʿmāl - Rewards Chapter: Reward of resisting one’s self َّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَحْ٠َدَ بْنِ إِدْرِیسَ عَنْ ٠َدَ بْنِ یَحْیَی عَنْ حَ٠ْزَهَ بْنِ یَعْلَی عَنْ عُبَیْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص ٠َقَتَ نَفْسَهُ دُونَ ٠َقْتِ النَّاسِ آ٠1.

The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said, “One who resists his own self instead of people, will get protection against the fear of the Day of Judgment.”
