Thawāb al-Aʿmāl wa ʿiqāb al-Aʿmāl - Punishments Chapter: Punishment of the proud وَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ عَنْ أَحْ٠َدَ بْنِ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ عَلِیٍّ الْکُوفِیِّ عَنْ عَ٠َیْعٍ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: الْجَبَّارُونَ أَبْعَدُ النَّاسِ ٠ِنَ اللَّهِ یَوْ٠11.

And from the previous chain from Ahmad b. Abi Abdillah from Muhammad b. Ali al-Kufi from ’Amru b. Jamee’ from Abi Abdillah (a.s.) who said: “Proud people will be farthest from Allah on the Day of Judgment.”
