Thawāb al-Aʿmāl wa ʿiqāb al-Aʿmāl - Punishments Chapter: Punishment of wickedness and treachery َّدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِی الْجَارُودِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی حَبِیبُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ عَنْ زَاذَانَ قَالَ سَ٠ِعْتُ عَلِیّاً ع یَقُولُ لَوْ لَا أَنِّی سَ٠ِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ص یَقُولُ لَوْ لَا أَنَّ الْ٠َکْرَ وَ الْخَدِیعَهَ وَ الْخِیَانَهَ فِی النَّارِ لَکُنْتُ أَ٠3.

It is narrated that Amirul Momineen (a.s.) said, “If I hadn’t heard the words of the Holy Prophet: ‘Indeed, cheating, deception and fraud lead to Hell’, I would have been the greatest fraudster of the Arabs.”
