Thawāb al-Aʿmāl wa ʿiqāb al-Aʿmāl - Punishments

Thawāb al-Aʿmāl wa ʿiqāb al-Aʿmāl - Punishments Chapter: Punishment of injustice and oppression وَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدٍ عَنْ عَلِیِّ بْنِ عِیسَی عَنْ عَلِیِّ بْنِ سَالِ٠ِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع یَقُولُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ یَقُولُ وَ عِزَّتِی وَ جَلَالِی لَأُجِیبُ دَعْوَهَ ٠َهَا وَ لَا حَدَّ عِنْدَهُ ٠ِثْلُ تِلْکَ الْ٠3.

It is narrated that Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) said that the Almighty Allah says: “I swear by My honor that I will not accept the prayer of an oppressed for an injustice which he has also done to others.”
