Chapter: Jabra`Çl Shows the Land on Which Ĥusain (a.s.) Will Be Killed to the Messenger of AllÄh (s.a.a.w.) 4 ØÙدÙÙØ«ÙÙÙ٠أÙبÙÙ (رØ٠٠اÙÙÙ) عÙÙ٠سÙعÙد٠بÙÙ٠عÙبÙد٠اÙÙÙÙÙ٠عÙÙÙ Ù ÙÙد٠بÙÙ٠اÙÙÙÙÙÙÙد٠اÙÙØ®ÙزÙÙاز٠عÙÙÙ ØÙÙ ÙاÙ٠عÙÙ٠عÙبÙد٠اÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙ٠بÙÙ٠أÙعÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙاÙ٠سÙÙ ÙعÙت٠أÙبÙا عÙبÙد٠اÙÙÙÙÙÙ (ع) ÙÙÙÙÙÙ٠إÙÙÙ٠رÙسÙÙÙ٠اÙÙÙÙÙÙ (ص) ÙÙاÙÙ ÙÙ٠بÙÙÙت٠أÙÙ ÙØ©Ù Ù٠عÙÙÙدÙÙ٠جÙبÙرÙئÙÙÙÙ (ع) ÙÙدÙØ®ÙÙ٠عÙÙÙÙÙÙ٠اÙÙØÙسÙÙÙÙÙ (ع) ÙÙÙÙاÙÙ ÙÙÙ٠جÙبÙرÙئÙÙÙ٠إÙÙÙ٠أÙÙ ÙÙتÙÙ٠تÙÙÙتÙÙ٠ابÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙØ°Ùا Ø£Ù ÙÙا Ø£ÙرÙÙÙÙ Ù ÙÙ٠تÙرÙبÙة٠اÙÙØ£ÙرÙض٠اÙÙÙتÙÙ ÙÙÙÙتÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙÙا ÙÙÙÙاÙ٠رÙسÙÙÙ٠اÙÙÙÙÙÙ (ص) ÙÙعÙÙ Ù ÙÙØ£ÙÙÙÙÙ٠جÙبÙرÙئÙÙÙÙ (ع) بÙÙÙدÙÙÙ ÙÙ ÙÙبÙض٠ÙÙبÙضÙØ©Ù Ù ÙÙÙÙÙا ÙÙØ£ÙرÙاÙÙا اÙÙÙÙبÙÙÙ٠ص 4.
My father narrated to me from Saâd ibn âAbdillÄh, from Muḥammad ibn WalÄ«d Al-KhazzÄz, from ḤammÄd ibn âUthmÄn, from âAbdil Malik ibn Aâyan, who said: I heard AbÄ âAbdillÄh (Imam SÄdiq (a.s.)) say: (One day) when Jabra`Ä«l was with the Messenger of AllÄh (s.a.a.w.) in the house of Um Salamah, Ḥusain (a.s.) entered. Jabra`Ä«l said, âVerily your nation will kill this son of yours.
Should I not show you the dust of the land on which he will be killed?â The Messenger of AllÄh (s.a.a.w.) replied, âYes.â Therefore, Jabra`Ä«l extended his hand (to the land on which Ḥusain (a.s.) would be killed), took a handful of that dust, and then showed it to the Prophet (s.a.a.w.)
