Chapter: The Killer of Ĥusain (a.s.) and the Killer of Yaĥyā ibn Zakariyyā (a.s.) 8 وَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي (رح٠ه الله) عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِي٠ٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُ٠َيْرٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنِ ابْنِ ٠ُسْكَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) قَالَ قَاتِلُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ وَلَدُ زِنًا 8.

My father and Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan both narrated to me from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh, from Ibrāhīm ibn Hāshim, from ‘Uthmān ibn ‘Isā, from ‘Amr ibn Shimr, from Jābir (Al-Ju’fi), who said: Abū Ja’far (Imam Bāqir (a.s.)) said: No one kills the prophets or their descendants except those who are conceived illegitimately.
