My father and Muḥammad ibn âAbdillÄh both narrated to me from âAbdillÄh ibn Jaâfar Al-Ḥimyari, from IbrÄhÄ«m ibn MahziyÄr, from his brother âAli ibn MahziyÄr, from Abil QÄsim, from QÄsim ibn Muḥammad, from IsḥÄq ibn IbrÄhÄ«m, from HÄrÅ«n (ibn KhÄrijah), who said: One day while I was with AbÄ« âAbdillÄh (Imam SÄdiq (a.s.)) a man asked him, âWhat is the reward for those who go to the ZiyÄrah of the grave of Ḥusain (a.s.)?â Imam (a.s.) replied â as part of a longer ḤadÄ«th â âWhen Ḥusain (a.s.) was killed, everything cried over him, even the (various) lands.
AllÄh has dedicated four thousand disheveled angels, who are covered with dust, to his grave and they cry over him (and will continue to do so) until the Day of Judgment.â
