Chapter: Weeping of the Heavens and the Earth over the Killing of Ĥusain (a.s.) and YaÄ¥yÄ ibn ZakariyyÄ (a.s.) 6 ØÙدÙÙØ«ÙÙÙ٠عÙÙÙÙÙ٠بÙÙ٠اÙÙØÙسÙÙÙÙ٠بÙÙÙ Ù ÙÙسÙ٠عÙÙ٠عÙÙÙÙÙ٠بÙÙ٠إÙبÙرÙاÙÙÙ٠٠عÙÙ٠أÙبÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠ابÙÙÙ ÙÙضÙÙاÙ٠عÙÙ٠أÙبÙ٠جÙÙ ÙÙد٠بÙÙ٠عÙÙÙÙÙ٠اÙÙØÙÙÙبÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠أÙبÙ٠عÙبÙد٠اÙÙÙÙÙÙ (ع) ÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ٠تÙعÙاÙÙÙ ÙÙ٠ا بÙÙÙت٠عÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ٠اء٠Ù٠اÙÙØ£ÙرÙض٠ÙÙ Ù ÙÙÙظÙرÙÙÙÙ ÙÙاÙÙ ÙÙÙ Ùاء٠عÙÙÙ٠أÙØÙد٠٠ÙÙÙØ°Ù ÙÙتÙÙÙ ÙÙØÙÙÙ٠بÙÙ٠زÙÙÙرÙÙÙÙا ØÙتÙÙÙ ÙÙتÙÙ٠اÙÙØÙسÙÙÙÙÙ (ع) ÙÙبÙÙÙت٠عÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ 6.
âAli ibn Ḥusain ibn MÅ«sÄ narrated to me from âAli ibn IbrÄhÄ«m ibn HÄshim, from his father, from Ibn FaÄÄÄl, from AbÄ« JamÄ«lah, from Muḥammad ibn âAli Al-Ḥalabi, who said: AbÅ« âAbdillÄh (Imam SÄdiq (a.s.)) explained the verse, âNeither did the heavens weep over them, nor the earth, nor were they granted respiteâ (44:29).
He (the Imam (a.s.)) said, âThe heavens never wept over anyone after the killing of YaḥyÄ ibn ZakariyyÄ (a.s.) until Ḥusain (a.s.) was killed. And when he was killed, the heavens wept over him (also).â
