Kāmil al-Ziyārāt - Content

Chapter: The Ziyārah of Ĥusain (a.s.) and the Other Imams (a.s.) Is Equal to the Ziyārah of the Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) َّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْكُلَيْنِيُّ عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْخَطَّابِ وَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي (رح٠ه الله) عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ ٠َاعِيلَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ زَيْدٍ الشَّحَّا٠ِ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) ٠َنْ زَارَ أَحَداً ٠َنْ زَارَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ص 3.

Muḥammad ibn Ya’qūb Al-Kulayni narrated to me from Muḥammad ibn Yaḥyā, from Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain ibn Abil Khaťťāb, from Muḥammad ibn Ismā’īl ibn Bazī’, from Sāliḥ ibn ‘Uqbah, from Zayd Al-Shaḥḥām, who said: I asked Abā ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq (a.s.)), “What is the reward for those who go to the Ziyārah of one of you (the Imams (a.s.))?” Imam (a.s.) replied, “They are like those who have gone to the Ziyārah of the Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.).” The above Ḥadīth has also been narrated to me through the following chain: My father, from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh, from Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain, from Muḥammad ibn Ismā’īl ibn Bazī’, from Sāliḥ ibn ‘Uqbah, from Zayd Al-Shaḥḥām, from Abī ‘Abdillāh (a.s.).
