Chapter: The Reward for the Ziyārah of Ĥusain (a.s.) Is Equal to the Reward of Performing an ‘Umrah َّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ (ع) قَالَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ زِيَارَةِ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ (ع) أَيُّ شَيْءٍ فِيهِ ٠ِنَ الْفَضْلِ قَالَ تَعْدِلُ عُ٠8.

Muḥammad ibn Ja’far narrated to me from Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain, from Safwān ibn Yaḥyā, who said: I asked Abal Ḥasan (Imam Riďā (a.s.)) about the reward for going to the Ziyārah of the grave of Ḥusain (a.s.). Imam (a.s.) said, “It is equal to performing an ‘Umrah.”
