Kāmil al-Ziyārāt - Content

Chapter: The Reward for the Ziyārah of Ĥusain (a.s.) Is Equal to the Reward for Performing a Hajj and an ‘Umrah 5 حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي (رح٠َّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ حَ٠ْدَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْ٠َانَ النَّيْسَابُورِيِّ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ ٠َنِيعِ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ هِشَا٠ٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) قَالَ زِيَارَةُ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ (ع) حِجَّةٌ وَ ٠ِنْ بَعْدِ الْحِجَّةِ حِجَّةٌ وَ عُ٠ِنْ بَعْدِ حِجَّةِ الْإِسْلَا٠5.

My father narrated to me from Muḥammad ibn Yaḥyā, from Abī Sa’īd Ḥamdān ibn Sulaymān Al-Naysābūri, from ‘Abdillāh ibn Muḥammad Al-Yamāni, from Manī’ ibn Ḥajjāj, from Yūnus, from Hishām ibn Sālim, who said: Abū ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq (a.s.)) said: The Ziyārah of the grave of Ḥusain (a.s.) is (equal to) one Hajj. And after one has performed obligatory Hajj, it is equal to one Hajj and one ‘Umrah.
