Chapter: The Reward for Performing Ghusl with the Water of the Euphrates (River) Before the ZiyÄrah of Ĥusain (a.s.) 6 ØÙدÙÙØ«ÙÙÙÙ ØÙسÙÙÙÙ٠بÙÙÙ Ù Ùد٠بÙÙ٠عÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙة٠اÙÙØ£ÙصÙÙÙÙÙاÙÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠إÙبÙرÙاÙÙÙÙ ÙÙد٠اÙØ«ÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ٠رÙÙÙعÙÙ٠إÙÙÙ٠أÙبÙ٠عÙبÙد٠اÙÙÙÙÙÙ (ع) Ø£ÙÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙاÙÙ ÙÙÙÙÙÙ٠عÙÙÙد٠[بÙعÙدÙ] غÙسÙÙ٠اÙزÙÙÙÙارÙة٠إÙØ°Ùا ÙÙرÙغ٠اÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ Ù٠اجÙعÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙÙ ÙÙÙرا٠ÙÙ Ø·ÙÙÙÙراÙ- ÙÙ ØÙرÙزا٠ÙÙ ÙÙاÙÙÙا٠٠ÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙ٠دÙاء٠Ù٠سÙÙÙÙ ÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙ٠آÙÙØ©Ù Ù٠عÙاÙÙØ©Ù ÙÙ Ø·ÙÙÙÙر٠بÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙبÙÙ Ù٠جÙÙÙارÙØÙÙ ÙÙ ÙÙØÙÙ ÙÙ ÙÙ Ø´ÙعÙرÙÙ Ù٠بÙØ´ÙرÙÙ ÙÙ Ù ÙÙ Ù٠عÙصÙبÙÙ ÙÙ Ù Ùا Ø£ÙÙÙÙÙÙت٠اÙÙØ£ÙرÙض٠٠ÙÙÙÙÙ- ÙÙاجÙعÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙÙ Ø´ÙاÙÙدا٠ÙÙÙÙÙ Ù ØÙاجÙتÙÙ ÙÙ ÙÙÙÙرÙÙ ÙÙ ÙÙاÙÙتÙÙ 6.
Ḥusain ibn Muḥammad ibn âÄmir narrated to me from Aḥmad ibn âAlawiyyah Al-IsfahÄni, from IbrÄhÄ«m ibn Muḥammad Al-Thaqafi, who narrated that: AbÅ« âAbdillÄh (Imam SÄdiq (a.s.)) used to say the following when he performed the Ghusl of ZiyÄrah:. O AllÄh! Make this (Ghusl) as light, purification, and protection for me. And make it the prevention from every illness and disease and from every disability and injury.
And purify my heart, my organs, my flesh, my blood, my hair, my skin, my brain, my bones, my nerves, and my mass with it. And make it my witness on the Day of Judgment: the day of my need, poverty, and destitution.
