Ḥasan ibn âAbdillÄh ibn Muḥammad ibn âIsÄ narrated to me from his father, from Ḥasan ibn MaḥbÅ«b, from âAlÄ ibn RazÄ«n, from Shuâayb Al-âAqraqÅ«fi, who said: I asked AbÄ âAbdillÄh (Imam SÄdiq (a.s.)), âMay I sacrifice myself for you! What is the reward and the recompense for those who go to (the ZiyÄrah of) the grave of Ḥusain (a.s.)?â Imam (a.s.) replied, âO Shuâayb!
No one establishes prayers next to him without AllÄh accepting it and no one prays for anything next to him without it being fulfilled (either) immediately or in the future.â I said, âMay I sacrifice myself for you! Tell me more.â Imam (a.s.) replied: O Shuâayb! The least (rewarding statement) with which a ZÄ`ir of Ḥusain ibn âAli (a.s.) will be addressed is: O Slave of AllÄh! Verily your (past) sins have been forgiven. Therefore, start again with new deeds.
