AbÅ« âAbdil RaḥmÄn Muḥammad ibn Aḥmad ibn Ḥusain Al-âAskari and Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan both narrated to me from Ḥasan ibn âAli ibn MahziyÄr, from his father âAli ibn MahziyÄr, from Muḥammad ibn AbÄ« âUmayr, from Muḥammad ibn MarwÄn, from AbÄ« Ḥamzah Al-ThumÄli, who said: (Imam SÄdiq (a.s.) said â as part of a longer ḤadÄ«th): Then recite (the following): O AllÄh! Do not make this the last time I come to their ZiyÄrah.
Make me their partner and include me in the blessings which You have bestowed on them for supporting the son of Your Prophetâs daughter and Your Decisive Proof on Your creation and for fighting with him in Your way. O AllÄh! Unite us with them in Your Paradise along with the Martyrs and the Righteous Ones. How excellent these companions are! I bid farewell to you and send my SalÄm to you. O AllÄh!
Sustain me with returning to them and resurrect me with them, O Most Merciful of the merciful ones.
