If some impure metal, plastic, or suchlike is melted, and in the melting process the inside of it also becomes impure, then in the event that it is washed with water after it has solidified, its exterior becomes pure. Ruling 152.* A tanūr,[3] a pool of water, and suchlike do not have the rule of utensils and therefore become pure with one washing.
If a tanūr or pool of water do not have holes or outlets through which water can drain and water collects at the bottom, then in the event that one wants to purify the area with qalīl water, he must take out the water with a cloth, sponge, container, and suchlike.
