[54] \n It is referred to Imam Abu Abdullah -asws that Rasool Allah -saww said, whoever wants to leave his bed for prayers for some time at night, he should recite Bismillah, ya Allah -azwj safeguard me from becoming fearless, do not let me forget in remembering You -azwj and please do not include me among ignorant and wake me up at \u2018such and such Saa\u2019 [time].

[55] \n \n Prayers Before leaving Home: \n Imam Abu Abdullah -asws said whoever would recite Verses of Sura-e-\u2018Qul ho waAllah ho ahad\u2019 [56] 10 times at the time of leaving home will remain in the protection of Allah -azwj until safely returning back.

[57] \n Prayers Before Setting off for Journey: \n Imam Raza -asws said to Sabah, O Sabah when you intend to set-off for a journey, stand on your door and recite Sura-e-Alhamd [58] in front of you, on your right-hand side and then on your left-hand side.

Repeat the same with Aiatul Kursi [59] (first toward front then toward right and then towards left) and then should say Ya Allah -azwj protect me including what accompanies me and keep me in peace and what is in my company and make me reach my destination along with it.

\n Allah -azwj will take care of you and your belongings and will help you in reaching at your destination, without any harm or damage.\u00a0 Do you know about someone who managed to save himself during a journey but his accompanying stuff\/person were destroyed or he had reached his destination but without his belongs and his companions?

[60] \n Prayers Before and After Offering Prayers: \n It is narrated from Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq -asws that Amir-ul-Momaneen -asws said he would be with Mohammed -saww and Alay Mohammed -asws on the day of Judgement, who recites the following, upon standing up for Salat and saying this first: \n Ya Allah -azwj , I turn to You -azwj through the intercession of Mohammed -saww and Alay Mohammed -asws , I give them -asws preference over my salat and I want your nearness through their -asws intercession.\u00a0 Thus, for their -asws sake, bless me with respect in this world as well as in the hereafter.\u00a0 Bring me closer to You -azwj and award me their -asws \u2018Marafat\u2019 (recognition) by extending Your -azwj Kindness.\u00a0 And end my life in their -asws submission, recognition and mastership.\u00a0 Indeed, this is great achievement for me, You -azwj are worthy of blessing it all.\u00a0 And then offer your salat.
