The ones before you were not destroyed and the ones who are destroyed until the rising of Al-Qaim -asws (the 12 th Imam -asws ) will not be destroyed except with regards to neglecting our -asws Wilayah, and denying our -asws rights; and Rasool-Allah -saww did not exit from the world until he -saww necessitated the necks of this community to our -asws rights. And Allah Guides the one He so Desires to the Straight Path \u2019 [2:213] .

He -asws said: \u2018By the Wilayah of Amir Al-Momineen -asws I will Fulfill (My) Covenant with you .
