\n Al-Sadiq -asws said: \u2018The Covenant was Taken from them in regard to the Lordship of Allah -azwj , and the Prophet-hood of His -azwj Rasool -saww , and with the Imamate of Amir-Al-Momineen -asws (Ali -asws Ibn Abi Talib -asws ) and the Imams -asws , so He -azwj Said: \u2018\u2018Am I -azwj not your Lord -azwj , and Muhammad -saww your Prophet -saww , and Ali -asws your Imam -asws , and the Imams -asws of Guidance your Imams -asws ?\u2019\u2018 So they said, \u2018Yes, we do bear witness\u2019.
