[But] Abu Hatim said, \u2018He is not known.\u2019 Al-Azdi said [his narrations are] \u2018abandoned.\u2019 Al-Khalili said in \u2018Al-Irshad\u2019 [that he is] a \u2018liar\u2019, along with Isma\u2019il ibn Sulayman.
