\n Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Muawiya Bin Ammar, \n (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah -asws having said: \u2018The Umrah is Obligatory upon the people at the status of the Hajj upon the one who has the ability for it, because Allah -azwj the Exalted is Saying [2:196] And complete the Hajj and the Umrah for Allah , and rather the Umrah was Revealed at Al-Medina\u2019.

I said to him -asws , \u2018So the one who enjoys (Tumatto) with the Umrah to the Hajj, would that suffice from him?\u2019 He -asws said: \u2018Yes\u2019 .
