\n Imam Mohammed Baqir asws (the 5 th Imam) says: “When Al-Mahdi ajfj takes a stand, he ajfj will not have an open enemy other than the \u2018Fuqha\u2019 (religious authorities). He ajfj will have the Sword (for support).\u00a0 And had it not been for the sword in his ajfj hands, the \u2018Fuqha\u2019 would issue \u2018Fatwas\u2019 for him ajfj to be killed, but Allah azwj will Support him ajfj with \u2018Al-Karam\u2019 (Divine Powers) and the Sword.

They (the Fuqha) will obey (him ajfj ) and will be fearful. Thus, they would be accepting his ajfj rulings without \u2018Eman\u2019 (belief) but they will harbour (enmity) against him ajfj .
