narrated from his father from all from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr from Aban from abu Basir from \u2018Amr ibn Riyah who has said the following: \n \u2018I once said to abu Ja’far -asws , ‘Have you said that one who does not divorce according to the book and al-Sunnah his divorce is not valid?’ Abu Ja’far -asws replied: ‘I have not said so (by my opinion), in fact, Allah -azwj has said it.
