\n Ali, from his father, and Muhammad Bin Ismail, from Al Fazl Bin Shazaan, altogether from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from one of our companions, \n (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah -asws having said: \u2018Allah -azwj Might and Majestic Revealed unto Musa -as : \u201cWhat prevents you -as from whispering to Me -azwj ?\u2019 So he -as said: \u2018O Lord -azwj ! I -as delayed from the whispering due to the smell of the mouth of a Fasting-one\u2019.

So Allah -azwj Mighty and Majestic Revealed unto him -as : \u201cO Musa -as ! The smell of a mouth of a Fasting one is more aromatic in My -azwj Presence than the smell of musk\u2019.
