\n The two commonly commemorated dates of Syeda -asws \u2019s Shahadat are the 15 th of Jamadi Al-Awwal and the 3 rd of Jamadi Al-Thani (as per 75 days after the Shahadat of Holy Prophet -saww and 95-93 days after the Shahadat of Holy Prophet -saww ) as per Prophet\u2019s Shahadat on the 28 th of Safar (see Appendix I).

\n In most places, within Indian subcontinent, 3 rd of Jamadi Al-Thani is taken as Shahadat-day of Syed -asws whereas in most of the Arabic speaking Shia communities, the 15 th of Jamadi Al-Awwal is considered to be more authentic and is commemorated as the day of Shahadat.

\n In Al-Kafi, all Ahadith refer to 75 days after Rasool Allah -saww (15 th of Jamadiul Awwal) as Syeda \u2011asws \u2019s Shahadat date (i.e., 1 day from 29 days in Safar, 30 days from R.Awwal, 29 days from R.Thani and 15 days from J.Awwal = 75 days). \n In the book \u2018Iqbal Al-Amaal\u2019 3 rd of Jamadi Al-Thani is reported.

In the book \u2018Dalail Al-Imama\u2019 There are two Ahadith, which point out to 3 rd of the Jamadi Al-Thani as Syeda -asws \u2019s Shahadat, in one Hadith, it is 75 days and in the second Hadith it is 95 days after the Shahadat of Rasool Allah \u2011saww .
