If he fulfils his need, he would have Accepted the Mercy by accepting it, and if he rejects him from his need while he is able upon fulfilling it, so rather he has rejected the Mercy from himself which Allah -azwj has Ushered it to him and had Released it for him, and the Mercy is Treasured up to the Day of Qiyamah.
