[1] In Tafseer Qummi Chapter 77, it is: And the Messengers sent forth in a consecutive manner. He -asws said: The verses follow one another, and (like) the winds that blow violently. [2] \u2018From Abu Ja\u2019far -asws (5 th Imam) regarding His -azwj Words: \u2018Would we be restored in the graves?\u2019 [79:10]: \u2018They are saying, \u2018I.e. in a new creation (body)?\u2019 Al-Sahira is the ground which was in the graves. So, when they heard the Shout, they would come out from their graves, and they would even out upon the ground\u2019\u2019. [3] \n I asked Imam Al-Kazim -asws (7 th Imam) about Words of Allah -azwj \u2018 Woe on that Day is for the beliers [77:19]?\u2019 He -asws said: \u2018He -azwj is Saying: \u201cWoe to the beliers \u2013 O Muhammad -saww \u2013 of what I -azwj Revealed unto you -saww of Wilayah of Ali -asws.\u00a0 Did We not destroy the former ones? [77:16] Then We followed them up with the latter ones [77:17]. He -asws said: \u2018The former ones are the ones who belied the Rasool -saww regarding the obedience of the successors -asws \u2019.\u00a0 Like that We Deal with the criminals [77:18], he -asws said: \u2018The ones who committed crimes against the Progeny -asws of Muhammad -saww, and perpetrated with his -saww successor -asws what they perpetrated\u2019.\u00a0 I asked, \u2018 Surely pious [77:41] \u2019. He -asws said: \u2018Us -asws, by Allah -azwj, and our -asws Shias. There isn\u2019t anyone upon the Religion of Ibrahim -as apart from us -asws, and the rest of the people are away from it\u2019. I asked, \u2018 A Day on which the Spirit and the Angels would be standing in rows, not speaking [78:38] \u2013 the Verse. He -asws said: \u2018By Allah -azwj! We -asws are the ones -asws Permitted for on the Day of Qiyamah and the speakers of the correct thing\u2019. (Hadith continues) \n I said, \u2018What will you -asws be saying when you -asws do speak?\u2019 He -asws said: \u2018We -asws shall praise our -asws Lord -azwj and send Salawat upon our -asws Prophet -saww, and we -asws shall intercede for our -asws Shias, and our -asws Lord -azwj will not refute us -asws \u2019. I said, \u2018 Never! Surely the book of the immoral is in Sijjeen [83:7] \u2019. He -asws said: \u2018They are those who were wicked with regards to the rights of the Imams -asws and they transgressed against them -asws \u2019. I said, \u2018 Then it would be said: \u2018This is the one you had been belying!\u2019 [83:17]?\u2019 He -asws said: \u2018Meaning Amir Al-Momineen -asws \u2019. I said, \u2018(This is) Revelation?\u2019 He -asws said: \u2018Yes\u2019\u2019. [4] \n MERITS \n \u0627\u0628\u0646 \u0628\u0627\u0628\u0648\u064a\u0647: \u0628\u0625\u0633\u0646\u0627\u062f\u0647\u060c \u0639\u0646 \u0623\u0628\u064a \u0639\u0628\u062f \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 (\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u0633\u0644\u0627\u0645)\u060c \u0642\u0627\u0644: \u00ab\u0645\u0646 \u0642\u0631\u0623 \u0648 \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0631\u0633\u0644\u0627\u062a \u0639\u0631\u0641\u0627\u060c \u0639\u0631\u0641 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0628\u064a\u0646\u0647 \u0648 \u0628\u064a\u0646 \u0645\u062d\u0645\u062f (\u0635\u0644\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0644\u064a\u0647 \u0648 \u0622\u0644\u0647) \n Ibn Babuwayh, by his chain: \n \u2018Abu Abdullah -asws has said: \u2018The one who recites: (I Swear) by the emissary winds, [77:1] (Surah Al-Mursalaat), Allah -azwj would Make an introduction between him and Muhammad -saww \u2019. [5] \n \u0648 \u0645\u0646 (\u062e\u0648\u0627\u0635 \u0627\u0644\u0642\u0631\u0622\u0646): \u0631\u0648\u064a \u0639\u0646 \u0627\u0644\u0646\u0628\u064a (\u0635\u0644\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0644\u064a\u0647 \u0648 \u0622\u0644\u0647) \u0623\u0646\u0647 \u0642\u0627\u0644: \u00ab\u0645\u0646 \u0642\u0631\u0623 \u0647\u0630\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u0633\u0648\u0631\u0629\u060c \u0643\u062a\u0628 \u0623\u0646\u0647 \u0644\u064a\u0633 \u0645\u0646 \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0634\u0631\u0643\u064a\u0646 \u0628\u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \n And from Khawas Al-Quran \u2013 \n It has been reported from the Prophet -saww having said; \u2018One who recites this Chapter (Surah Al-Mursalaat), it would be written that he isn\u2019t from the ones who associate with Allah -azwj. \n \u0648 \u0645\u0646 \u0642\u0631\u0623\u0647\u0627 \u0641\u064a \u0645\u062d\u0627\u0643\u0645\u0629 \u0628\u064a\u0646\u0647 \u0648 \u0628\u064a\u0646 \u0623\u062d\u062f \u0642\u0648\u0627\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0644\u0649 \u062e\u0635\u0645\u0647 \u0648 \u0638\u0641\u0631 \u0628\u0647 \n And one who recites this during a court-case between him and anyone, Allah -azwj would Strengthen him against his opponent and Make him victorious\u2019. [6] \n \u0648 \u0642\u0627\u0644 \u0631\u0633\u0648\u0644 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 (\u0635\u0644\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0644\u064a\u0647 \u0648 \u0622\u0644\u0647): \u00ab\u0645\u0646 \u0642\u0631\u0623\u0647\u0627 \u0648 \u0647\u0648 \u0641\u064a \u0645\u062d\u0627\u0643\u0645\u0629 \u0639\u0646\u062f \u0642\u0627\u0636 \u0623\u0648 \u0648\u0627\u0644\u060c \u0646\u0635\u0631\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0644\u0649 \u062e\u0635\u0645\u0647 \n And Rasool-Allah -saww said: \u2018One who recites it while he is in the presence of a judge or a ruler, Allah -azwj would Help against his opponent\u2019. [7] \n \u0648 \u0642\u0627\u0644 \u0627\u0644\u0635\u0627\u062f\u0642 (\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u0633\u0644\u0627\u0645): \u00ab\u0645\u0646 \u0642\u0631\u0623\u0647\u0627 \u0641\u064a \u062d\u0643\u0648\u0645\u0629 \u0642\u0648\u064a \u0639\u0644\u0649 \u0645\u0646 \u064a\u062d\u0627\u0643\u0645\u0647 \n And Al-Sadiq -asws said: \u2018The one who recites it regarding a government it would strengthen him against the one who is governing him. \n \u0648 \u0625\u0630\u0627 \u0643\u062a\u0628\u062a \u0648 \u0645\u062d\u064a\u062a \u0628\u0645\u0627\u0621 \u0627\u0644\u0628\u0635\u0644\u060c \u062b\u0645 \u0634\u0631\u0628\u0647 \u0645\u0646 \u0628\u0647 \u0648\u062c\u0639 \u0641\u064a \u0628\u0637\u0646\u0647\u060c \u0632\u0627\u0644 \u0639\u0646\u0647 \u0628\u0625\u0630\u0646 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u062a\u0639\u0627\u0644\u0649 \n And if it (Surah Al Mursalaat) is written and washed with the water of the onion, then is drunk by the one with stomach pains, it would go away by the Permission of Allah -azwj \u2019. [8] \n VERSES 1 – 6 \n \u0648\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0652\u0645\u064f\u0631\u0652\u0633\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0627\u062a\u0650 \u0639\u064f\u0631\u0652\u0641\u064b\u0627 {1} \n (I Swear) By the (messengers) sent forth for a purpose (consecutively) [77:1] \n NB: Most Muslims has translated \u2018\u2019 as \u2018wind\u2019, however, the root word of \u2018\u0627\u0644\u0652\u0645\u064f\u0631\u0652\u0633\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0627\u062a\u0650\u2019 is \u2018\u0631\u0633\u0644\u2019, which means transmitter, i.e., Rasool Allah the messengers. [9] \n \u0641\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0652\u0639\u064e\u0627\u0635\u0650\u0641\u064e\u0627\u062a\u0650 \u0639\u064e\u0635\u0652\u0641\u064b\u0627 {2} \n And the stormers (angels) storming (dead from graves) [77:2] \n \u0648\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0646\u0651\u064e\u0627\u0634\u0650\u0631\u064e\u0627\u062a\u0650 \u0646\u064e\u0634\u0652\u0631\u064b\u0627 {3} \n And the promoters publicising (outcome of deeds) [77:3] \n \u0641\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0652\u0641\u064e\u0627\u0631\u0650\u0642\u064e\u0627\u062a\u0650 \u0641\u064e\u0631\u0652\u0642\u064b\u0627 {4} \n And the separators separating (believers from disbelievers) [77:4] \n \u0641\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0652\u0645\u064f\u0644\u0652\u0642\u0650\u064a\u064e\u0627\u062a\u0650 \u0630\u0650\u0643\u0652\u0631\u064b\u0627 {5} \n And the couriers of the Zikr [77:5] \n \u0643\u0646\u0632: \u0641\u0650\u064a \u062a\u064e\u0641\u0652\u0633\u0650\u064a\u0631\u0650 \u0623\u064e\u0647\u0652\u0644\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0628\u064e\u064a\u0652\u062a\u0650 \u0639\u064e\u0644\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0647\u0650\u0645\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0633\u0651\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0627\u0645\u064f\u200f \u0641\u0650\u064a \u0642\u064e\u0648\u0652\u0644\u0650\u0647\u0650 \u062a\u064e\u0639\u064e\u0627\u0644\u064e\u0649\u200f: \u0641\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0652\u0645\u064f\u0644\u0652\u0642\u0650\u064a\u0627\u062a\u0650 \u0630\u0650\u0643\u0652\u0631\u0627\u064b \u0642\u064e\u0627\u0644\u064e\u200f: \u0647\u0650\u064a\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0645\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0627\u0626\u0650\u0643\u064e\u0629\u064f \u062a\u064f\u0644\u0652\u0642\u0650\u064a \u0627\u0644\u0630\u0651\u0650\u0643\u0652\u0631\u064e \u0639\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0631\u0651\u064e\u0633\u064f\u0648\u0644\u0650 \u0648\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0625\u0650\u0645\u064e\u0627\u0645\u0650 \u0639\u064e\u0644\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0647\u0650\u0645\u064e\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0633\u0651\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0627\u0645\u064f \n (The book) \u2018Taweel Al Ayaat Al Zaahira\u2019 \u2013 In the interpretation of People -asws of the Household regarding Words of the Exalted: the couriers of the Zikr [77:5], he -asws said: \u2018These are the Angels casting the Zikr unto the Rasool -saww and the Imam -asws \u2019 (an extract). [10] \n \u0639\u064f\u0630\u0652\u0631\u064b\u0627 \u0623\u064e\u0648\u0652 \u0646\u064f\u0630\u0652\u0631\u064b\u0627 {6} \n (To) excuse or warn [77:6] \n [ \u0627\u0644\u0641\u0636\u0644 \u0627\u0644\u0637\u0628\u0631\u0633\u064a ] \u0639\u0646 \u0623\u0628\u064a \u062d\u0645\u0632\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u062b\u0645\u0627\u0644\u064a\u060c \u0639\u0646 \u0623\u0635\u062d\u0627\u0628 \u0639\u0644\u064a\u060c \u0639\u0646\u0647 (\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u0633\u0644\u0627\u0645): \u0627\u0646\u0647\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0644\u0627\u0626\u0643\u0629 \u0627\u0631\u0633\u0644\u062a \u0628\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0639\u0631\u0648\u0641 \u0645\u0646 \u0623\u0645\u0631 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0648\u0646\u0647\u064a\u0647 \n Al Fazal Al Tabarsy \u2013 from Abu Hamza Al Sumaly, \n (It has been narrated) from the companions of Ali -asws, from him -asws having said: \u2018These are Angels Sent with enjoining of the good from the Commands of Allah -azwj and its Prohibitions\u2019. [12] \n VERSES 7 – 11 \n \u0625\u0650\u0646\u0651\u064e\u0645\u064e\u0627 \u062a\u064f\u0648\u0639\u064e\u062f\u064f\u0648\u0646\u064e \u0644\u064e\u0648\u064e\u0627\u0642\u0650\u0639\u064c {7} \n Surely what you are Promised will occur [77:7] \n \u0641\u064e\u0625\u0650\u0630\u064e\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0646\u0651\u064f\u062c\u064f\u0648\u0645\u064f \u0637\u064f\u0645\u0650\u0633\u064e\u062a\u0652 {8} \n So when the stars are dimmed [77:8] \n \u0648\u064e\u0625\u0650\u0630\u064e\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0633\u0651\u064e\u0645\u064e\u0627\u0621\u064f \u0641\u064f\u0631\u0650\u062c\u064e\u062a\u0652 {9} \n And when the sky is rent asunder (torn apart) [77:9] \n \u0648\u064e\u0625\u0650\u0630\u064e\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0652\u062c\u0650\u0628\u064e\u0627\u0644\u064f \u0646\u064f\u0633\u0650\u0641\u064e\u062a\u0652 {10} \n And when the mountains are blown away [77:10] \n \u0648\u064e\u0625\u0650\u0630\u064e\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0631\u0651\u064f\u0633\u064f\u0644\u064f \u0623\u064f\u0642\u0651\u0650\u062a\u064e\u062a\u0652 {11} \n And when the Rasools are gathered at appointed times [77:11] \n \u0642\u0627\u0644: \u0648 \u0641\u064a \u0631\u0648\u0627\u064a\u0629 \u0623\u0628\u064a \u0627\u0644\u062c\u0627\u0631\u0648\u062f\u060c \u0639\u0646 \u0623\u0628\u064a \u062c\u0639\u0641\u0631 (\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u0633\u0644\u0627\u0645)\u060c \u0641\u064a \u0642\u0648\u0644\u0647: \u0641\u064e\u0625\u0650\u0630\u064e\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0646\u0651\u064f\u062c\u064f\u0648\u0645\u064f \u0637\u064f\u0645\u0650\u0633\u064e\u062a\u0652 \u00ab\u0637\u0645\u0633\u0647\u0627: \u0630\u0647\u0627\u0628 \u0636\u0648\u0626\u0647\u0627\u00bb \u0648 \u0623\u0645\u0627 \u0642\u0648\u0644\u0647: \u0625\u0650\u0644\u0649 \u0642\u064e\u062f\u064e\u0631\u064d \u0645\u064e\u0639\u0652\u0644\u064f\u0648\u0645\u064d \u064a\u0642\u0648\u0644: \u00ab\u0645\u0646\u062a\u0647\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u062c\u0644 \n (Ali Bin Ibrahim ) said, \u2018And in a report of Abu Al-Jaroud, \n \u2018Abu Ja\u2019far -asws regarding His -azwj Words: So when the stars are dimmed [77:8], said: \u2018 Tamasa, is when its illumination goes away\u2019\u2019. [13] \n \u0627\u0644\u0637\u0628\u0631\u0633\u064a\u060c \u0642\u0627\u0644 \u0627\u0644\u0635\u0627\u062f\u0642 (\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u0633\u0644\u0627\u0645): \u00ab\u0623\u0642\u062a\u062a\u060c \u0623\u064a \u0628\u0639\u062b\u062a \u0641\u064a \u0623\u0648\u0642\u0627\u062a \u0645\u062e\u062a\u0644\u0641\u0629 \n Al-Tabarsy \u2013 \n \u2018Al-Sadiq -asws said: \u2018 at appointed times [77:11], i.e., Sent in different times\u2019\u2019. [14] \n VERSES 12 – 15 \n \u0644\u0650\u0623\u064e\u064a\u0651\u0650 \u064a\u064e\u0648\u0652\u0645\u064d \u0623\u064f\u062c\u0651\u0650\u0644\u064e\u062a\u0652 {12} \n To which day is the respite? [77:12] \n \u0644\u0650\u064a\u064e\u0648\u0652\u0645\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0641\u064e\u0635\u0652\u0644\u0650 {13} \n To a Day of Decision [77:13]\u00a0 \n \u0648\u064e\u0645\u064e\u0627 \u0623\u064e\u062f\u0652\u0631\u064e\u0627\u0643\u064e \u0645\u064e\u0627 \u064a\u064e\u0648\u0652\u0645\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0641\u064e\u0635\u0652\u0644\u0650 {14} \n And what will make you realise what is the Day of Decision?
