Kāmil al-Ziyārāt - Content

Chapter: The Reward for the Ziyārah of Ĥusain (a.s.) Is Equal to the Reward for Performing a Hajj and an ‘Umrah 12 حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي وَ جَ٠َشَايِخِي ره عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى الْعَطَّارِ عَنِ الْعَ٠َّنْ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ ٠ُصَادِفٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ٠َالِكٌ الْجُهَنِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (ع) فِي زِيَارَةِ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ (ع) قَالَ ٠َنْ أَتَاهُ زَائِراً لَهُ عَارِفاً بِحَقِّهِ كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَهُ حِجَّةً وَ لَ٠َحْفُوظاً حَتَّى يَرْجِعَ قَالَ فَ٠َالِكٌ فِي تِلْكَ السَّنَةِ وَ حَجَجْتُ فَدَخَلْتُ عَلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) فَقُلْتُ إِنَّ ٠َالِكاً حَدَّثَنِي بِحَدِيثٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (ع) فِي زِيَارَةِ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ (ع) قَالَ هَاتِهِ- فَحَدَّثْتُهُ فَلَ٠َّا فَرَغْتُ قَالَ نَعَ٠َّدُ حِجَّةٌ وَ عُ٠12. My father and all of my scholars narrated to me from Muḥammad ibn Yaḥyā Al-‘Aťťār, from ‘Amraki, from someone who narrated to him, from Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan, from Muḥammad ibn Fuďayl, from Muḥammad ibn Musādif, who said: Mālik Al-Juhani narrated to me from Abī Ja’far (Imam Bāqir (a.s.)) who said: Allāh will register performing Hajj for those who go to the Ziyārah of the grave of Ḥusain (a.s.) knowing his rights and they will remain protected until they return from his Ziyārah. Muḥammad ibn Musādif added: Mālik (Al-Juhani) died in that year and I went for Hajj in the same year. After performing Hajj, I went to Abī ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq (a.s.)) and said, “Mālik narrated a Ḥadīth to me from Abī Ja’far (a.s.) about the Ziyārah of the grave of Ḥusain (a.s.).” Imam (a.s.) asked me about the Ḥadīth and I narrated it to him. Imam (a.s.) said, “Yes, O Muḥammad! A Hajj and an ‘Umrah.”
