Chapter: The Reward for the Ziyārah of the Graves of Abil Ĥasan Mūsā ibn Ja’far and Muĥammad ibn ‘Ali Al-Jawād (a.s.) in Baghdad 5 حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي وَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ وَ ٠َّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ رَحِ٠ِيعاً عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ الْوَاسِطِيِّ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ الرِّضَا (ع) ٠َنْ زَارَ قَبْرَ أَبِيكَ (ص) قَالَ فَقَالَ زُورُوهُ قَالَ قُلْتُ فَأَيُّ شَيْءٍ فِيهِ ٠ِنَ الْفَضْلِ قَالَ فَقَالَ فِيهِ ٠ِنَ الْفَضْلِ كَفَضْلِ ٠َنْ زَارَ وَالِدَهُ يَعْنِي رَسُولَ اللَّهِ (ص) قُلْتُ فَإِنْ خِفْتُ وَ لَ٠ْكِنْ لِيَ الدُّخُولُ دَاخِلًا- قَالَ سَلِّ٠ِنْ وَرَاءِ الْجِدَارِ 5. My father, ‘Ali ibn Ḥusain, and Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan all narrated to me from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh, from Ya’qūb ibn Yazīd, from Ḥusain ibn Yasār Al-Wāsiťi, who said: I asked Abal Ḥasan (Imam Riďā (a.s.)), “What are the rewards for those who go to the Ziyārah of the grave of your father (Imam Kāżim (a.s.)) – may Allāh’s blessings be upon him?” Imam (a.s.) replied, “Go to his Ziyārah!” I asked, “What are its merits?” Imam (a.s.) replied, “Its merits are the same as the merits for those who go to the Ziyārah of his father – referring to the Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.).” I asked, “What if I was in fear and could not enter (next to the grave)?” Imam (a.s.) replied, “(Then) say Salām from behind the walls.”
