Forgive me and my parents and one who entered into my house being a Momin [71:28] : ‘But rather it means the Wilayah. One who enters into it has entered into houses of the Prophets -as ’’. [39] فس: وفي رواية أبي الجارود عن أبي جعفر عليه السلام في قوله: ” ولا تزد الظالمين إلا تبارا ” ” أي خسارا And in a report of Abu Al Jaroud, ‘From Abu Ja’far -asws regarding His -azwj Words: and do not Increase the unjust ones except in destruction [71:28] – i.e., loss’’.

[40] Appendix: The Mocking of non-believers فقال نوح: ” رب لا تذر على الأرض من الكافرين ديارا ” * إنك إن تذرهم يضلوا عبادك ولا يلدوا إلا فاجرا ” كفارا Noah -as said: ‘ And Nuh said: ‘My Lord!

Do not leave upon the earth any dwelling of the Kafirs [71:26] Surely, if You were to leave them, they would stray Your servants, and they will not beget any except immoral ones, Kafirs [71:27] فأمره الله عزوجل أن يغرس النخل فأقبل يغرس النخل فكان قومه يمرون به فيسخرون منه ويستهزؤون به ويقولون: شيخ قد أتى له تسعمائة سنة يغرس النخل، وكانوا يرمونه بالحجارة Allah -azwj Mighty and Majestic Commanded him -as to plant the palm tree, and his -as people used to pass by and mock him -as from it, ridiculing him -as , and they were saying, ‘An old man, nine hundred years have come to him is planting the palm trees’, and they were pelting him -as with the stones.

فلما أتى لذلك خمسون سنة وبلغ النخل واستحكم أمر بقطعه فسخروا منه، وقالوا: بلغ النخل مبلغه قطعه، إن هذا الشيخ قد خرف وبلغ منه الكبر وهو قوله: ” وكلما مر عليه ملأ من قومه سخروا منه قال إن تسخروا منا فإنا نسخر منكم كما تسخرون فسوف تعلمون When fifty years came to that and the palm trees matured and He -as was Commanded with cutting them, they mocked him -as and said, ‘The palm tree reaches its maturity, he -as cuts it.

This old man has become senile and the old age has come to him -as ’, and it is His -azwj Word: and every time the chiefs from his people passed by it, they mocked they ridiculed him.
