[1] \n \u2018From Al-Reza -asws (8 th Imam) regarding Words of the Exalted: \u2018I asked him -asws about the Words of Allah -azwj Mighty and Majestic: The Beneficent [55:1] Taught the Quran [55:2] , so he -asws said: \u2018Allah -azwj Taught Muhammad -saww the Quran\u2019. \n I said, \u2018(What about): Created the human being [55:3] ?\u2019 He -asws said: \u2018That is Amir Al-Momineen -asws \u2019.

\n I said, \u2018 Taught him the clarification [55:4] ?\u2019 He -azwj Taught him -asws the clarification of everything from what the people would be needy to him -asws . \n I -asws said: \u2018 The sun and the moon are both with Reckonings [55:5] ?\u2019 He -asws said: \u2018They are both (Abu Bakr and Umar) in the Punishment of Allah -azwj \u2019. I said, \u2018The sun and the moon are both Punished?\u2019 He -asws said: \u2018You have asked about a thing, so be certain of it.

The sun and the moon are two Signs from the Signs of Allah -azwj , flowing by His -azwj Command, being obedient to Him -azwj . Their illumination is from the Noor of His -azwj Throne, and their heat is from Hell. \n When it will be the Qiyamah, both their lights (Noor) would return to the Throne, and their heat would return to the Fire (Hell). So, there would neither happen to be a sun nor a moon, and rather it means those two (Abu Bakr and Umar).

Or haven\u2019t the people reported that Rasool-Allah -saww said: \u2018The sun and the moon are two Noors in the Fire?!\u2019 I said, \u2018Yes\u2019. \n He -asws said: \u2018Have you not heard the words of the people, \u2018So and so and so and so are the sun of this community and its Noor?! So, they are both in the Fire\u2019. I said, \u2018Yes\u2019.
