Al-Kāfi - The Book of Intelligence and Ignorance Chapter: The Book of Intelligence and Ignorance َّدٍ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ إِسْ٠ِهْرَانَ عَنْ بَعْضِ رِجَالِهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) قَالَ الْعَقْلُ دَلِيلُ الْ٠24.

Ali ibn Muhammad has narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from ’Isma‘il ibn Mihran from one of his people that Abu ‘Abdillah (al-Sadiq) (as) said: “Intelligence (al-'Aql) is the guide of a believer.” ضعيف - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (1/84)) يخرجه - Shaykh Baqir al-Behbudi (Sahih al-Kafi)
