Al-Kāfi - The Book of Intelligence and Ignorance Chapter: The Book of Intelligence and Ignorance 25ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ ٠َّدٍ عَنِ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ حَ٠َانَ عَنِ السَّرِيِّ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) يَا عَلِيُّ لا فَقْرَ أَشَدُّ ٠ِنَ الْجَهْلِ وَلا ٠25.

Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla ibn Muhammad from al-Washsha’ from Hammad ibn ‘Uthman from al-Sariy ibn Khalid that Abu ‘Abdillah (al-Sadiq) (as) said: Rasulullah (sw) said, "Oh Ali, no poverty is more sever than ignorance and no wealth is more profitable than intelligence.” شهور - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (1/84)) يخرجه - Shaykh Baqir al-Behbudi (Sahih al-Kafi)
