Al-Kāfi - The Book about people with Divine Authority Chapter: The Issue that the Earth at no time is without a Person with Divine Authority َّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَلاءِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) قَالَ قُلْتُ لَهُ تَبْقَى الارْضُ بِغَيْرِ إِ٠4.

Ahmad ibn Mihran has narrated from Muhammad ibn Ali from al-Husayn Ibn Abu ‘Ala’ from Abu ‘Abdallah (a.s.): I (the narrator) said to him: “Can the earth be without Imam?” The Imam (a.s.) said, “No.” ضعيف - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (2/296)) يخرجه - Shaykh Baqir al-Behbudi (Sahih al-Kafi)
