Al-Kāfi - The Book about people with Divine Authority Chapter: The people of Dhikr (memory and knowledge) that Allah has commanded the creatures to ask for their questions are the Imams (a.s.) ِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ عَنْ عَاصِ٠َيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) فِي قَوْلِ الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَإِنَّهُ لَذِكْرٌ لَكَ وَلِقَوْ٠ِكَ وَسَوْفَ تُسْئَلُونَ فَرَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) الذِّكْرُ وَأَهْلُ بَيْتِهِ (عَلَيْه٠َسْئُولُونَ وَهُ٠ْ أَهْلُ الذِّكْرِ.

“It is a Dhikr for you and for your people and you all will be asked questions.’ (43:44) The Messenger of Allah is the Dhikr (reminder of Allah) and members of his family (a.s.) are the ones who will be asked questions and they are the people of Dhikr.” صحيح - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (2/429)) يخرجه - Shaykh Baqir al-Behbudi (Sahih al-Kafi)
