Al-Kāfi - The Book about people with Divine Authority Chapter: The Armaments and Sacred Items belonging to the Holy Prophet (s.a.) that transferred to the Imam (a.s.) 6ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْ٠ٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِبْرَاهِي٠َ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) قَالَ السِّلاحُ ٠َوْضُوعٌ عِنْدَنَا ٠َدْفُوعٌ عَنْهُ لَوْ وُضِعَ عِنْدَ شَرِّ خَلْقِ الله كَانَ خَيْرَهُ٠ْ لَقَدْ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي أَنَّهُ حَيْثُ بَنَى بِالثَّقَفِيَّةِ وَكَانَ قَدْ شُقَّ لَهُ فِي الْجِدَارِ فَنُجِّدَ الْبَيْتُ فَلَ٠َّا كَانَتْ صَبِيحَةُ عُرْسِهِ رَ٠َى بِبَصَرِهِ فَرَأَى حَذْوَهُ خَ٠َاراً فَفَزِعَ لِذَلِكَ وَقَالَ لَهَا تَحَوَّلِي فَإِنِّي أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَدْعُوَ ٠َوَالِيَّ فِي حَاجَةٍ فَكَشَطَهُ فَ٠َارٌ إِلا وَجَدَهُ ٠ُصْرِفاً طَرَفَهُ عَنِ السَّيْفِ وَ٠َا وَصَلَ إِلَيْهِ ٠6.

Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Yunus ibn ‘Abd al-Raman from Muhammad ibn al-Hakim from Abu Ibrahim (a.s) who said the following: “The arms are kept with us. They are well protected. Even if they would be placed with the worst of creatures he would be a good one of them. My father told me that when he married a lady from al-Thaqif the house was decorated for the wedding. The next morning he found fifteen nails drawn into that wall.

He became very anxious about it and asked his bridegroom to leave the house because he needed the handyman to do some work therein.
