Al-Kāfi - The Book about people with Divine Authority Chapter: The Imamat (Leadership with Divine Authority) is a Covenant from Allah, the Most Holy, the Most High, Delivered as such by the preceding Imam to the succeeding Imam (a.s.) one after the other َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُ٠َيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ وَجَ٠ُصْعَبٍ قَالَ سَ٠ِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) يَقُولُ أَ تَرَوْنَ أَنَّ الْ٠ِنَّا يُوصِي إِلَى ٠َنْ يُرِيدُ لا وَالله وَلَكِنَّهُ عَهْدٌ ٠ِنْ رَسُولِ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) إِلَى رَجُلٍ فَرَجُلٍ حَتَّى انْتَهَى إِلَى نَفْسِهِ.
