Al-Kāfi - The Book about people with Divine Authority Chapter: The list of the Names of those who saw the Twelfth Imam (a.s.) َّدٍ الْوَجْنَانِيِّ أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَنِي عَ٠َّنْ رَآهُ أَنَّهُ خَرَجَ ٠ِنَ الدَّارِ قَبْلَ الْحَادِثِ بِعَشَرَةِ أَيَّا٠ٍ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ الله٠َّ إِنَّكَ تَعْلَ٠ِنْ أَحَبِّ الْبِقَاعِ لَوْ لا الطَّرْدُ أَوْ كَلا٠ٌ هَذَا نَحْوُهُ.

‘He (the twelfth Imam) came out the house ten days before his father would leave this world and said, “O Lord, You know that this is the most lovely place to me, had there been no expulsion.” Or that he spoke a similar expression.” يخرجه - Shaykh Baqir al-Behbudi (Sahih al-Kafi) جهول - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (13/4))
