Al-Kāfi - The Book about people with Divine Authority Chapter: The Whole Earth belongs to the Imam (a.s.) 2ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ ٠َّدٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَحْ٠َّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الله عَ٠َّنْ رَوَاهُ قَالَ الدُّنْيَا وَ٠َا فِيهَا لله تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى وَلِرَسُولِهِ وَلَنَا فَ٠َنْ غَلَبَ عَلَى شَيْ‏ءٍ ٠ِنْهَا فَلْيَتَّقِ الله وَلْيُؤَدِّ حَقَّ الله تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى وَلْيَبَرَّ إِخْوَانَهُ فَإِنْ لَ٠ْ يَفْعَلْ ذَلِكَ فَالله وَرَسُولُهُ وَنَحْنُ بُرَآءُ ٠2.

Muhammad ibn ‘Abdallah from his narrator (one of the Imams (a.s.)) reported to me the following. “The world and all that is therein belong to Allah, the Most Holy, the Most High, His Messenger and to us. If one would control a part of it he must maintain piety before Allah.

He must pay the share of Allah, the Most Holy, the Most High, be generous to his brethren, otherwise, Allah, the Messenger of Allah and we will bear no responsibility torwards him.” يخرجه - Shaykh Baqir al-Behbudi (Sahih al-Kafi) ر - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (4/347))
