Al-Kāfi - The Book about people with Divine Authority Chapter: The Birth of The Holy Prophet (s.a) and His Demise ِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنِ ابْنِ ٠ُسْكَانَ عَنْ إِسْ٠َّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) إِذَا رُئِيَ فِي اللَّيْلَةِ الظَّلْ٠َاءِ رُئِيَ لَهُ نُورٌ كَأَنَّهُ شِقَّةُ قَ٠20.

A number of our people narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from Muhammad ibn Sinan from Ibn Muskan from Isma‘il ibn ‘Ammar from Abu ‘Abdallah (AS) who has said the following: “If one looked at the Messenger of Allah in the dark night he could see a light like that from the moon radiating from him.” شهور - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (5/232)) يخرجه - Shaykh Baqir al-Behbudi (Sahih al-Kafi)
