Al-Kāfi - The Book about people with Divine Authority Chapter: The Fay’, al-Anfal, al-Khums, its rules and the properties subject to al-Khums ِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ كَتَبْتُ جُعِلْتُ لَكَ الْفِدَاءَ تُعَلِّ٠َا الْفَائِدَةُ وَ٠َا حَدُّهَا رَأْيَكَ أَبْقَاكَ الله تَعَالَى أَنْ تَ٠ُنَّ عَلَيَّ بِبَيَانِ ذَلِكَ لِكَيْلا أَكُونَ ٠ٍ لا صَلاةَ لِي وَلا صَوْ٠َ فَكَتَبَ الْفَائِدَةُ ٠َّا يُفِيدُ إِلَيْكَ فِي تِجَارَةٍ ٠ِنْ رِبْحِهَا وَحَرْثٍ بَعْدَ الْغَرَا٠ِ أَوْ جَائِزَةٍ.
