Al-Kāfi - The Book of Belief and Disbelief 2ـ عَلِيٌّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلا٠) قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) نِيَّةُ الْ٠َلِهِ وَنِيَّةُ الْكَافِرِ شَرٌّ ٠َلِهِ وَكُلُّ عَا٠َلُ عَلَى نِيَّتِهِ. 2.

Ali has narrated from his father from al-Nawfali from al-Sakuni from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following: “The Messenger of Allah has said, ‘The intention of the believer is better than his deeds, and the intention of the unbeliever is more wicked than his deeds.
