19.Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn Ismaâil ibn Baziâ from Hannan ibn Sadir from his father who has said the following: âI asked abu Jaâfar (a.s.) âCan a son pay back (for the favors of) a father?â The Imam said, âThere is no payment for him except two things: if the father is a slave and the son buys him and sets him free, or the father is in debt and the son pays it off.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (8/429))
