Al-Kāfi - The Book of Belief and Disbelief Chapter: Al-Taqiyyah, Guarding and Cautiousness 13ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ حَ٠َّادٍ عَنْ رِبْعِيٍّ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيهِ السَّلا٠) قَالَ التَّقِيَّةُ فِي كُلِّ ضَرُورَةٍ وَصَاحِبُهَا أَعْلَ٠ُ بِهَا حِينَ تَنْزِلُ بِهِ. 13.

Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Hammad from Rib’i from Zurara from abu Ja’far (a.s.) who has said the following: “ Al-Taqiyyah (protective measures) is for when and wherever needed and the one involved in it knows best how to apply it.” حسن كالصحيح - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (9/180))
