Ali has narrated from his father from al-Nawfali from al-Sakuni from Abu âAbdillah (a.s.) who has said the following: âAmir al-Muâminin, Ali ibn abu Talib (a.s.) has said, âYou must never show your teeth (smile) when you have committed disgraceful deeds and never feel safe from misfortune to strike you due to (your) sinful deeds.ââ Ø´ÙÙØ± - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (9/401))
