Al-Kāfi - The Book of Belief and Disbelief 6ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُ٠َيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أُذَيْنَةَ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيهِ السَّلا٠) قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) إِنَّ الْفُحْشَ لَوْ كَانَ ٠ِثَالاً لَكَانَ ٠6.

Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ibn ‘Udhaynah from Zurara from abu Ja’far (a.s.) who has said the following: “The Messenger of Allah has said, ‘If obscene language had a form and shape it would have been a very ugly one.”’ حسن كالصحيح - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (0/274))
