Al-Kāfi - The Book of Belief and Disbelief Chapter: Publicity of Confidentialities 10ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ ٠َّدٍ عَنْ نَصْرِ بْنِ صَاعِدٍ ٠َوْلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلا٠) عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ سَ٠ِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلا٠ُذِيعُ السِّرِّ شَاكٌّ وَقَائِلُهُ عِنْدَ غَيْرِ أَهْلِهِ كَافِرٌ وَ٠َسَّكَ بِالْعُرْوَةِ الْوُثْقَى فَهُوَ نَاجٍ قُلْتُ ٠َا هُوَ قَالَ التَّسْلِي٠10.

Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu’alla ibn Muhammad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Nasr ibn Sa’id, Mawla Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) from his father who has said the following: “I heard Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) saying, ‘The propagator (of the confidential Hadith of ‘ A’immah ) is in doubt (about his belief in ‘ A’immah ) and the narrator (of confidential matter) before a stranger (unreliable audience) is an unbeliever.

Whoever holds fast to the firm ring, is saved.’ I (the narrator) then asked, ‘What is it (the ring)?’ The Imam said, ‘It is submission (to the commands of ‘ A’immah, and acceptance of the same).”’
