2.It is narrated from him (narrator of the Hadith above) from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Hisham ibn Salim from âUmar ibn Yazid who has said the following: âI heard abu al-Hassan (a.s.) saying, âPrayer, and pleading before Allah for help, repeals Quddira, what is already measured, and the unmeasured.â I (the narrator) then asked the Imam, âI know the meaning of what is âMeasuredâ, but what is the meaning of the âUnmeasuredâ?â The Imam said, âSo that it (a measure, of misfortune) will not come into being.ââ ÙØ§ÙصØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (2/13))
