Al-Kāfi - The Book of the Excellence of the Holy Quran Chapter: Reciting the Holy Quran 2ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَعَلِيِّ بْنِ ٠ِيعاً عَنِ الْقَاسِ٠َّدٍ عَنْ سُلَيْ٠َانَ بْنِ دَاوُدَ عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ غِيَاثٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ سَ٠ِعْتُ عَلِيَّ بْنَ الْحُسَيْنِ (عَلَيهِ٠) يَقُولُ آيَاتُ الْقُرْآنِ خَزَائِنُ فَكُلَّ٠َا فُتِحَتْ خِزَانَةٌ يَنْبَغِي لَكَ أَنْ تَنْظُرَ ٠2.

Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father and Ali ibn Muhammad all from al- Qasim ibn Muhammad from Sulayman ibn Dawud from Hafs ibn Ghiyath from al-Zuhri who has said the following: “I heard Ali ibn al-Husayn (a.s.) saying, ‘Verses of the Holy Quran are treasures, whenever a treasure is opened you should look into it.”’ ضعيف - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (2/493))
